Welcome to Zombo.com!

I've decided that this whole internet thing might just be catching on. Of course, business experts have been trying to tell me just that for years. As far as they're concerned, it's all e-business, on-demand and "realtime". And I have to admit that the internet makes for a lot of buzzwords, if nothing else. Still, I'm not entirely convinced that the internet has been the holy grail of commerce that these people envision it to be. And what does on-demand really mean, anyway? I'll be the first to admit that I find the internet to be a vast source of entertainment, but I just didn't see this whole e-commerce thing happening...until now. Because finally, anything is possible at...

Zombo.com!

Quite frankly, the existance of the internet as a whole was not complete until the creation of this site. I welcome you to visit it now, so that you can understand what I mean. Listen to the exciting possibilities that exist only at Zombo.com. And be welcome! To Zombo.com! Where anything is possible. If that alone wasn't good enough, the smooth voice behind Zombo.com is quick to point out that the impossible is unknown at Zombo.com! It just doesn't get any better than that! Of course, this statement isn't quite true. The one thing that is known to be impossible is making sense of Zombo.com. Does this guy have way too much free time on his hands? Or is he just that obsessed with welcoming you to Zombo.com? Both explainations are all good with me.

Seriously, Zombo.com is the investment magnet that the internet has been lacking for so long. Were it a publicly traded company, I have no doubt that its share prices would be through the roof. After all, anything is possible at Zombo.com, and that's the sort of thing that investors love to hear. This isn't just another one of those tech bubble things either; Zombo.com has an announcer with a cool accent to back up its ambitious claims. That's more evidence than even the most shrewd venture capitalist would require.

Speaking of shrewd investors, this quote was mostly inspired by one of my recent characters. His name was Maximillian Pennypacker, and he was known both as the Financial Man and The Stock Ticker. I believe I've already used this site as a venue to spout the merits of Stock Ticker in the past. Normally this wouldn't stop me from doing a repeat performance, but I suppose I should sort of stick to the point at hand. In this case, the point is that Max was into anything that had to do with either technology or buzzwords. Needless to say, he didn't come close to really understanding either one. This was a guy who claimed to know all about business strategy, even as he misused every industry buzzword out there. This was also a guy who thought that a radio was an amazing piece of technology. As such, it stands to reason that Max considered Zombo.com to be well worth any large amount of investment. Of course, he was impressed with pretty much anything that was "web-based". Not that he could readily browse the web without assistance. Doing so required clicking on things, which Max found to be quite difficult. Especially this double-clicking business. Fortunately, he was more than wealthy enough to hire someone to browse the internet for him. It was also speculated (and quite truthfully so) that Max didn't know how to switch off the caps lock on his machine. But he would be very excited if you showed him how.

You probably didn't know what to expect when you saw that this quote was about Zombo.com. That's because anything is possible when it's even vaguely related to Zombo.com. Now that's a sound investment!
