Tex Colorado, the Arizona Assassin.

Boxers often have funny names, such as Clubber Lang, Spider Rico and Joe Czak. On the other hand, the Naked Gun movies are also quite funny. When you put the two together, you come up with this week's quote. Frank Drebin, he of the ever-changing rank, is discussing his latest suspect with Ed, his captain, and Nordberg, his 'comedic sidekick'. Rather than ramble on about this, I'll just post the exact conversation from the movie. I think it speaks for itself very well.

Frank: Hector Sauvage, from Detroit. Yeah, I remember this pug. Ex-boxer. His real name was Joey Chicago.
Ed: Oh yeah. He fought under the name of Kid Minneapolis.
Nordberg: Hey, I saw Kid Minneapolis fight once. In Cincinnati.
Frank: No, you're thinking of Kid New York. He fought out of Philly.
Ed: He was killed in the ring in Houston. By Tex Colorado. You know, the Arizona assassin.
Nordberg: Yeah, from Dakota. I don't remember if it was north or south.
Frank: North. South Dakota was his brother. From West Virginia.
Ed: You sure know your boxing.
Frank: Well, all I know is never bet on the white guy.

I escpecially like the idea of Tex Colorado, the Arizona Assassin from North Dakota. Anyway, that script is direct from Naked Gun 2 & 1/2, so if you haven't seen it, you now know where to look.
