"In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate, yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crimes and the district attourneys who prosecute the offenders. These are some of their stories."

COPS is set in modern day Spherus (which unfortunately means less d12s...), and initially takes place in the city of Cormus, one of Deksiil's industrial centers. Although reknowned in past ages as a planet of peace-loving hippies, players will soon discover that even Deksiil has a dark underworld, rife with corruption and crime. In those instances where superheroes (or super adventure characters) aren't around to deal with these dark forces, it falls to the underpaid members of local law enforcement to uphold order. Will their competence once again be called into question? Or will they finally manage to shatter the stereotypes of ineptitude that have haunted them for so long?

Everyday Heroes: They might seem just like underpaid members of local law enforcement, but these people are actually heroes.
